Attention Delta Care USA Members
Effective 5/1/2021, our Delta Care USA patient roster is closed. At this time, our office will not accept any new transfers or assignments. Only new patients who have been on our list since June 2021 or earlier will be seen as new patients.
Who does this affect?
If you are a new member assigned to our list after June of 2021, you will be affected by this change and unable to schedule an appointment as a new patient.
DeltaCare has been notified of this change and should not be transferring any new assignments to our office. If you are a DeltaCare member newly transferred to our office, please contact DeltaCare to change your assignment. Delta Care has been notified of this error and is working with their representatives to prevent this issue from reoccuring.
